An old Chinese saying, "When couples work together with one heart, they can cut through metal," highlights the strength and resilience of couples who can overcome any difficulties they face. Deciding to face each other and come to therapy shows determination and bravery from both sides, and I am grateful to be a fellow traveler on your healing journey.

I completed my master's in clinical psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University, and I am currently a clinical psychology doctoral student at the Wright Institute. I have been trained in psychodynamic therapy, third-wave cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and schema therapy. I have experience working with clients dealing with anger, grief, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, self-esteem, and relationship issues.

I aim to create a cooperative, inclusive, and compassionate therapeutic relationship with you. Our sessions will focus on achieving your individual or couple's goals and providing tools and a supportive space to enrich your life.

We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.
