I believe healthy relationships make our lives richer. Feeling known and supported by the people closest to us gives us a sense of connection and belonging. At the same time, our closest relationships can bring up some of our deepest wounds. I work with both individuals and couples who want to better understand the patterns that leave them feeling stuck or disconnected and find a different way forward.

My approach is warm, relational, and experiential. I see each person as the expert on their own experience and meet you where you are. Together, we’ll get curious about what is happening for each of you and what happens between you. My work is grounded in Gestalt therapy, while also incorporating tools from psychodynamic approaches and the Gottman Method.

As a 1.5-generation immigrant and neurodivergent (AuDHD) therapist, I know how important it can be to feel understood in the context of who you are. I’m mindful of the ways culture, identity, and neurodivergence can shape how we experience ourselves and relate to the people we love.

Ultimately, I hope our work helps you understand each other’s inner worlds more deeply, while also developing a deeper understanding of your own. From there, we can work toward shifting old patterns and building a relationship that feels more connected and meaningful.

We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.
