Relationships are one of the most rewarding parts of life. They are also challenging, complicated and need watering in order to grow. Working on a relationship in therapy is an act of strength and courage and I am honored to be a part of that process with you.

One of my primary goals is to create a comfortable, supportive space to work together on whatever life may be throwing your way. My approach is collaborative and conversational. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and also draw from other frameworks to make sure the approach we take best suits the needs and personalities of my clients. In addition to working with couples, I also work with individuals on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, career stress and management, relationships or just feeling stuck in life.

I was drawn to this work because of the positive impact therapy has had in my own life and because of the fulfillment that comes from working with clients on issues important to their health and happiness. I bring a wide variety of life experiences to my practice and enjoy working with people from all walks of life. Prior to becoming a therapist, I also had long and rewarding careers both as a practicing lawyer and in the performing arts.

We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.
