THERAPIST

With over 15 years of clinical experience, I provide psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups in both English and French. My style is dynamic, interactive, and collaborative.

In couples therapy, some of my clinical focuses include sexuality, intimacy, and helping partners build a deeper bond. I work with couples to resolve conflicts, improve communication, and heal from trauma or infidelity. I have a special interest in supporting couples navigating diverse and cross- cultural backgrounds, alternative lifestyles, or those living away from their countries of origin.

In individual therapy, we work together in a safe, non-judgmental, space to cultivate a deeper understanding of you, your past and patterns. We work collaboratively to help you achieve your personal and professional goals whether you are navigating major life transitions, healing from trauma, or seeking personal and relational growth.

I also specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting parents through complex transitions, infertility, the postpartum adjustments, birth trauma as well as parenting support.

My approach is anchored in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, integrating tools from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Family Systems, Gestalt, Narrative Therapy, Attachment-based Therapy, The Gottman Method, Mindfulness-Based Therapy and other modalities.

I offer services both online and in-person in San Francisco at my Hayes Valley office.

We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.
