OFFERS ONLINE THERAPY IN CALIFORNIA

EDUCATION

Master’s degree, California State University, Dominguez Hills

Training in several modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT) and the Gottman Method

I specialize in helping couples find deeper connection, understanding, and resilience in their relationships. My approach is active, engaged, and collaborative, blending experiential therapies like AEDP (formally trained), IFS (Level 3 trained), EFT (formally trained) with mindfulness, and relational depth. I support partners in moving past stuck patterns, healing old wounds, and cultivating a relationship where both people feel safe, seen, and understood.

With over a decade of practice in contemplative traditions such as Zen and mindfulness, I bring a steady presence and an ability to guide couples into more open and authentic dialogue. Whether you’re navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or longing for greater intimacy, I offer a compassionate space where you and your partner can slow down, listen more deeply, and discover new ways of relating that foster both growth and connection.

We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.
