Are you seeking to understand yourself, your partner, and your relationship on a deeper level? Maybe you finally want to be heard by your partner and feel that a supportive third party could help you safely navigate some of the harder conversations you need to have. That’s exactly what I’m here for. Together, we’ll explore your attachment styles (how your past relationships can affect your present ones), personal histories, and wants and needs in your relationship. I want you to learn how to disagree compassionately, truly hear each other, and repair after feeling hurt. All couples will face unresolvable differences and life's inevitable storms, and my goal is to help you accept those differences and weather challenges together as a strong, connected team.

As an integrative therapist, I blend techniques from many traditions and am inspired by many relationship professionals, including the work of Terry Real, Sheryl Paul, Harriett Lerner, John and Julie Gottman, and more. I am married myself and have been with my husband for over 12 years. We have faced many of life’s challenges together, including immigrating from Canada to the US, raising a puppy, and dealing with family illness, and have shared many years of happy and loving memories as well. I believe that healthy, long-term partnership can be an extremely useful and healing container for personal and interpersonal growth. I hope to empower you to reap the benefits of your partnership while healing from past hurts.

We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.
