My approach to therapy is to create a safe and collaborative space where each partner can explore their struggles and capitalize on their strengths. I practice an integrative approach tailored to each relationship, drawing primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

I believe that relationships are fundamental to who we are as humans and are critical to our overall well being. Many of us aren't given the tools or don't have access to models to help us develop, maintain, and thrive in partnerships. Relationship struggles often radiate out and impact other domains of our lives. I believe that relationship therapy can not only help to build stronger relational tools and heal emotional wounds, but also provide the space to strengthen and enhance our partnerships.

As an openly gay man, I am passionate about providing space for all relationships, including LGBTQ+ partnerships, consensually non-monogamous, and polyamorous relationships.

We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.
