My style is relational psychodynamic, attachment and trauma-informed, and present-moment-focused. One focus of my approach is to support couples in understanding and communicating deeper needs as a path out of conflictual gridlock. We will also work together to make unconscious patterns of relating conscious to create more choices. Furthermore, the couple exists within a larger sociocultural context, and sometimes, it is helpful to consider how things like gender roles and cultural backgrounds function in the relationship.

I am interested in and have experience working with ethically non-monogamous (ENM) and polyamorous couples. I am Queer, kink, neurodivergent, and psychedelic friendly.

In terms of individual therapy, I have experience working with folks with complex trauma, familial and relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, bipolar, psychotic spectrum, self-esteem challenges, dissociation, grief, immigration stress, and folks in life transitions and experiencing identity shifts.

We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.
