We are all living in uncertain times and therapy can help you feel stronger in the face of these challenges.

Whether you are dealing with the challenges of parenting, personal relationships, facing a crisis, life transitions, job loss or health issues, talking to a therapist can be an effective way to cope with the stress and challenges in your life. We offer safe and confidential in-person or virtual therapy sessions for adult couples and individuals. Our services include couples therapy, co-parenting counseling, and individual therapy for adults suffering from depression, anxiety, work stress, and relationship issues.

Successful Therapy starts with the right therapist

Research shows that a strong relationship with a therapist is the key to successful therapy, so we are dedicated to finding you the right therapist.

We are currently accepting new clients. Our intake team will thoughtfully match you with a therapist tailored to meet your goals. They will invest time, talk about your needs and consider dozens of factors to help find the right therapist. Our mental health team consists of 30+ licensed therapist, PsyD candidates, and associate therapists, all of whom are graduates from the best psychology programs in the country. Our PsyD candidates and associate team are undergoing training and supervision with leading experts in the field.

Matching you to find the right therapist

We start with gathering details about each of you with a 30 min intake call and match you with a therapist that is recommended for you. If you are a couple, we only need to speak with one person. We use human matching, no algorithms or computer matching. The therapist will discuss your challenges and explore what it is you want to get from therapy. Talk therapy is a process that begins with a relationship with your therapist that leads to changing patterns that cause suffering.

We offer affordable sliding scale services

Sometimes life presents us with illnesses, difficult challenges, job loss, and an unforeseen pandemic. We are proud to offer sliding scale therapy during times of crisis when we need therapy the most. Our sliding scale is based on combined income for couple or individuals. Please contact us to find out if your qualify.
